The receptor field (2) has sensors (Ri) related to different characteristics coupled to individual processors (Pi). A switch board (5) functioning as oligo dendrozyten, and the processors are activated/deactivated by a phase circuit (6) at clocked time, based on output of a phase program circuit (7) to connect the sensors and processors. A motor program circuit (8) controls receptors (9) and hence the sensors, based on the processors output.
