A procedure is described where at least one or more shafts are added to the necessary chimney smoke extraction shafts (1). In one or more shafts, pipes are installed for the supply of the individual storeys with process water. In the said shafts, pipes (2) are installed which supply the hot water supply (6) of the heating bodies per storey. The necessary electricity supply of the storeys is installed as well. The waste water (4) per storey is led away by a large pipe. For each necessary storey height, an exit opening (9) is mounted in the chimney sleeve.
