Process for measuring the oxygen concentration in industrial gases comprises measuring high gas contents using a high concentration analysis device and low gas contents using a low concentration analysis device
Process for determining the concentration of a gas in a gas and/or liquid mixture comprises measuring high gas contents using a high concentration analysis device (1) and low gas contents using a low concentration analysis device (2). The high concentration analysis device controls the admission of the low concentration analysis device. Independent claims are included for: (1) a device for measuring the concentration of a gas in a gas and/or liquid mixture comprising a high concentration analysis device; (2) a low concentration analysis device; and (3) a control-regulating unit.
