Mobile video communication device for editing image data, detects rotational angle difference between directed image axis and preferred direction, based on which image data is corrected
A position detector detects the position of image to generate rotational angle difference between the directed image axis and preferred direction. The image data is corrected based on rotational angle difference, such that the directed image axis approximately coincides with the preferred direction. The process is repeated for different directional image axes, along which the image is rotated.
