The building (2) has a pump chamber (4) for accommodating a pump (14) for cooling water and a cleaning chamber (6) to which the pump chamber is directly connected. The chamber geometry is designed so that the cooling liquid has a high flow speed to prevent disturbing turbulences when the system is operating. The flow speed is increased as the cooling liquid enters the pump chamber.
