The clay dry building system has clay material fixed to a building part by a clay adhesive without the clay material being incorporated in the building part. The clay material can take the form of solid clay blocks, plates or other arbitrary shape or piece parts. Very little moisture is involved, since the adhesive binds quickly. The clay platelets themselves only contain the low residual moisture of approximately 3 per cent and the final clay plaster application amounts only to 5 to 8mm.
