Ventilation device for spray cabin of painting system has controller for heater and other devices that specifies temperature level for cabin adapted to intermediate drying of base paint layer
The device has an input air fan for subjecting the spray cabin to input air, an output air fan for sucking the used air from the cabin, filters for preventing impurities from entering the cabin and paint particles from leaving the cabin, fan drives, a heater and a controller. The controller specifies a temperature level for the cabin adapted to intermediate drying of a base paint layer on the component in the cabin. Independent claims are also included for the following: a ventilation method for a spray cabin of a painting system.
