The device has two leg parts (1,2) that are spaced in the rest position and can be moved together or apart. The leg parts are connected by an elastic connection (3). The free ends of the leg parts can be pressed together so that they lie flat at the front area. A channel or tube shaped guide (6) is arranged in or at the connection, whose center axis lies in the middle of the leg parts in the labial area.
