Stone for renovating moisture-damaged brick walls involves using hardened renovated plaster mixed with binding agent to produce sufficiently thick and stable stone blocks to line
The stone (12) is made from hardened renovated plaster and is supplied in a thickness sufficient to produce durable strength, eg 5 to 10 cm. A binding agent or additives can be mixed with the renovated plaster. Independent claim describes method for renovating damaged wall (10) by producing renovated plaster stone blocks and setting them with quick-bonding mortar (14) at a distance from damaged wall to a certain level. The clearance (16) is filled with a water-repellent filler such as a hydrophobic light filler or fibre-cement mixture. At least a part of the stone can be connected to the foundation through anchor ties.
