摘要
Elimination of organic tin compounds from a sediment/water mixture (I), heating under pressure in 3 heat exchangers using steam, heating by injecting steam with intensive stirring, 3-stage depressurization to 1.3 bar, and cooling. Elimination of organic tin compounds from a sediment/water mixture (I), after removing coarse matter and crushing to a particle size of 2 mm in a receiver, comprises: (a) bringing (I) to a pressure of about 40 bar and heating it to 135 deg C in a series of 3 heat exchangers; (b) heating the heated mixture to about 240 deg C by injecting steam and maintaining this temperature for about 2 hours, with intensive stirring, to destroy tributyltin compounds present; (c) passing the mixture through 3 consecutive depressurization vessels and reducing the pressure in stages to about 14 bar, 5.5 bar and 1.3 bar and passing the steam formed to the 3 indirect heat exchangers; and (d) cooling the resultant mixture at about 105 deg C to about 30 deg C with cooling water. An Independent claim is also included for the plant used.
