The VOK therapy system comprises a chemothermally disinfectable mattress made from foam, which has air chambers and is separated into 5 zones connected to a pumping apparatus with at least two connections for pumping up and deflating the mattress. The mattress may also be inflated manually and rotates about 60 deg and has a sideways movement of 30 deg .
