Flowmeter inspection method for flowmeter build into pipeline system, involves comparing detected measurement result of flowmeter with input signal corresponding to amount of fluid flowing in pipeline system
A feed flow to a flowmeter (1) to be checked is interrupted by a cut-off device (5). A feeder (6) allows the flow of liquid between the flowmeter and cut-off device along a pipeline system (3). The measurement results of the flowmeter are detected and compared with an input signal corresponding to the amount of liquid flowing between the flowmeter and cut-off device along the pipeline system. An Independent claim is also included for an inspection unit for a flowmeter built into a pipeline.
