Stair railing; has handrail and spaced cables connected to common supports formed from bars and fixed to floor or stair treads by foot plates and to handrail and cables by hinged holders
The railing (1,1') has a handrail (8) and one or more spaced cables (9,10), which are connected to common supports (11) projecting from the floor (3) or stair treads (4,5) and secured by foot plates (13,14) and hinged holders (15,16). The supports are formed from a bar (20), which is mounted with its transverse axis perpendicular to the handrail and the cables. The end of the support at the handrail is forked and holds a roller-type hinge part of the upper holder. The cables have spherical hinge parts, which are held in bores in the supports.
