The regulation system has a revolution rate measurement system with two toothed brake discs (1,19) with revolution rate pick-ups (2,20) whose measurement signals are fed to a controller (18) that forms a control current proportional to braking slip or driving slip. The control current is converted (40) into a hydraulic pressure as auxiliary power that is used to relieve the front wheel brake pressure and to augment the rear wheel brake pressure.
