Inner tube channel (20) of extruded aluminum section (19) forms cooling agent flow path for evaporating supercooler. Outer-side evaporating structure has evaporating channels (23) with evaporating fluid from which capillary openings (24a, 24b) lead outwards. Open grooves (21) are fitted with metal wires (22), forming evaporating channel (23) between metal wire and area at bottom of grooves. Twisted yarn seals grooves outwards.
