FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining cranium base destruction degree and the level of inferior tumor boundary disposition. Occipital spondylodesis is carried out by placing the inferior edge of a fixing member 1-2 vertebral segments below the inferior tumor edge. The tumor is removed using transoral access. The surgical intervention is carried out in one stage. EFFECT: improved treatment quality; accelerated treatment course.
