PURPOSE: A method of displaying teletext information of a wide television receiver is provided to display received teletext contents and teletext information on one screen so as to allow a user to easily find desired text information. CONSTITUTION: When a user inputs a page number, inputted pages are reset and it is detected if the page is received. When the page is received, the received page is stored in the first memory and an information page is reset. It is checked if the reset information page is received or not(S12). When the reset information page has been received, the information page is decoded(S13) and a display page is constructed(S14) and stored in the second memory(S15). The page stored in the first memory is displayed on 3:4 region of a screen(S16), and the page stored in the second memory is displayed on the remaining region other than 3:4 region(S17).
