PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing a trouble of a rotating machine is provided to forecasted prevent, and repair a trouble of a machine in advance by sensing and diagnosing a malfunction sign and alarming various causes of a malfunction of a machine to a driver based on a vibration signal calculated from a rotation axis element of a machine device. CONSTITUTION: Signals detected from a plurality of displacement sensors and acceleration sensors installed in rotation driving elements are inputted. In the first diagnosing stage(10), an individual diagnosing result of each sensor is suggested by performing a fuzzy inference using a rotation speed, a vibration signal of each sensor(30), and installation information as input factors. The installation information includes an installation direction, a kind of a sensor, and a measuring position. In the second diagnosing stage(20), the final trouble cause is suggested from the individual diagnosing results of the first diagnosing stage(10) by applying a weight value calculated by totally considering a frequency area of each trouble, the number of inputted sensors, and a kind of a sensor based on a knowledge of a specialist.
