PURPOSE: A method and apparatus is provided, in which control point and related vertexes are processed in an individual unit, to thereby reduce data process speed and obtain natural texture. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the first step(200-220) of grouping pre-defined control points reflecting characteristics of a face in a three-dimensional face model, into individual unit of face component, and adjusting, in individual units, control points to be near to a two-dimensional face image; the second step(230-250) of calculating different displacement vectors in each unit with respect to vertexes contained in the unit except the control units, and obtaining a transformed three-dimensional face model; and the third step(260,270) creating texture in three-dimensional coordinate system of the two-dimensional face image by using coordinates of the transformed three-dimensional face model.
