PROCESS FOR PRODUCING RESIN COATING SOLUTION HAVING HIGH SOLUTION STABILITY FOR FUEL TANK, RESIN COATING SOLUTION BY THE SAME AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SURFACE-TREATED STEEL SHEET HAVING IMPROVED ALKALI-RESISTANCE BY THE SAME
PURPOSE: A process for preparing resin coating solution having high solution stability useable in coating the fuel tank is provided to improve the solution stability by controlling particle size of metal powder among the resin solution and its dispersing level and to enhance alkali-resistance by regulating thickness of resin coating film applied. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the following steps of adding and mixing 2-15phr melamine resin and 10-20phr colloidal silica in water-soluble phenoxy resin having number mean molecular weight of 25,000-50,000; adding 5-50phr of at least one metal powder selected from Ni, Zn, Sn or Co elements and having 0.5-1.5 micrometer particle size based on the amount of the main resin; and agitating the obtain solution under introducing dispersion agent and glass beads at 1000rpm or more. The dispersion agent is acryl base or silica base copolymer. The surface treated steel sheet having improved alkali-resistance is prepared by applying the resin coating solution in 2-10 micrometer onto top layer of the sheet and baking it at 160-250 deg.C.
