PURPOSE: A process for preparing the titled pastry by coating a Korea traditional oil-and-honey pastry as a kind of refreshments with chocolate is provided. Whereby the obtained product has improved taste to meet with a modern's taste. CONSTITUTION: The oil-and-honey pastry coated with chocolate is prepared by the following process consisting of: mixing 90 to 95% by weight of powder chlorate, 5 to 7% by weight of honey or sugar and 1 to 2% by weight of spice and vitamin,; coating the mixture on conventional oil-and-honey pastry; and quick cooling.
