Biodegradable plastic component (A) mainly composed of aliphatic polyester and biodegradable component (B) mainly composed of starch material containing modified starch, preferably in a ratio of 5 to 55 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight. The biodegradable plastic molding composition can be subjected to secondary processing such as cutting and bonding, and also to form a biodegradable sheet having desired rigidity.
