PURPOSE: A method for poster producing/transferring/notice service for an academic society and on-line supporting a host group are provided to increase the economical efficiency by enabling a businessman to integrate and simplify a whole course including that a poster exhibitor draws up a poster, contracts with an output company and transfers the poster to a displayed place through a delivery company. CONSTITUTION: A poster exhibitor pays an entry fee and expenses related to a poster to a host group. The poster exhibitor provides basic data and information needed to draw up the poster to a businessman through on-line or off-line. In case that the businessman makes out a poster image file and provides the file to the exhibitor, the exhibitor examines and corrects the poster. Finally, the exhibitor approves the poster. The businessman outputs the poster approved in an output company. The businessman transfers the poster to a poster exhibition place through a delivery company and exhibits the poster. The businessman can provide a service for providing a virtual space to a homepage of the group using the poster image file.
