PURPOSE: Provided are a learning method and an apparatus for explaining a proverb audio-visually to foreign tourists and children in Korean and English, which show a situation correspondent with the proverb three-dimensionally. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for explaining the proverb comprises: a decoration part having a three-dimensional setting correspondent with the situation of the proverb; lighting facilities(3) to light up the setting; a display part to show and speak the explanation of the proverb by a semiconductor element having the explanation of the proverb through a LCD window(4) and a speaker(2); an operating part to operate the lighting facilities, the LCD window(4) and the speaker(2).
