PURPOSE: The method for the collaborative business between estate agencies and for supporting the business of other industry via the region settlement of taking full charge of a client call is provided to increase the convenience of clients, to vitalize the estate transaction through mutual collaboration between agencies. CONSTITUTION: A holding company(head office) collects the first network agency and assigns the region of taking full charge of the client call. The first agency, which is the nearest from the client, receives the call of the client and advises the client for buying or selling. The first agency directly selects and manages a real estate, inputs the basic information report on the DB of the internet site of the head office, and notifies to the head office via a telephone. The superiority of the item is determined in the order that the relevant agency calls the head office about the posted item. The first agency manages each profit of a single contract and of a collaborative contract and the second agency manages the profit of a regular rate according to flat charge, call frequency proportion, and real selling result per industry.
