PURPOSE: A shopping mall using an expert commodity analyzing system is provided for a user to show the information of a shopping mall effectively by providing a review button and on-line A/S service button. CONSTITUTION: Commodities are classified by fields. Experts of each field analyze the commodities. The commodities are contented based on a product specification, a stopped picture, moving picture, an opinion of the product, a preference of a buyer and an impressions of a buyer. The contents are provided for a buyer through a review button. If the review button is clicked, a product specification portion of a specific commodity code out of contents stored in a database is displayed in main window in accordance with a commodity code. The contents may be read by clicking menus of a menu window. An explanation may be read with a commodity picture by clicking a stopped picture menu. A buy now button is prepared for obtaining information of a product and purchasing. If a user paid for purchasing, a product is sent and an A/S code is issued. Any A/S service can not be received without the A/S code.
