PURPOSE: A synchronous protocol frame structure for a specific data service in a mobile telephone network using a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) system is provided to perform a voice call and to implement a protocol for reciprocal synchronizing in a traffic channel. CONSTITUTION: A primitive traffic is composed of two pieces of SI(Synchronizing Information) and one R/A(Request/Acknowledge). Each of the SI is composed of a 16-bit length preamble sequence, a 16-bit length message type, and 96-bit length information. The 16-bit length preamble sequence has a lowest frequency rate among sequences, which are not identical with a result for source-coding messages. The 16-bit length preamble sequence has a '0000x' type, and is capable of being changed. The 16-bit length message type is capable of deciding whether a message kind is an SI or an A(Acknowledge) or an NA(Non Acknowledge), and has a lowest frequency rate.
