PURPOSE: A method for intermediate guarantee of an electronic commercial transaction and a storage medium storing a program embodying the method and legible by a computer are provided to reduce inconvenience in accordance with an electronic guarantee insurance process by enabling a shopping mall operator and a buyer to perform an electronic guarantee and a payment. CONSTITUTION: An electronic guarantee gate way server(100) executes a method for intermediate payment guarantee of an electronic commercial transaction. A plurality of shopping mall server(110) connected by a plurality of users and trades goods. At least one electronic guarantee server(120) performs a professional guarantee service. A payment gateway(130) pays to a credit card and a payment of bank. A delivery process system confirms a delivery. The electronic guarantee gate way server(100) is connected to at least one electronic guarantee server(120) managed by a guarantee an insurance company. The electronic guarantee server(120) performs issue of an insurance policy and proceeds an insurance accident etc.. The electronic guarantee gate way server(100) connectively operates with the payment gateway(130).
