PURPOSE: A method for controlling external air inducing damper of a building is provided to control concentration of carbon dioxide at a time selected by an occupier by using a fuzzy inference and a scheduler. CONSTITUTION: A difference between input concentration and established concentration of carbon dioxide and change in the difference according to time is inputted for deciding fuzzy inference by using a scheduler. Then, optimum angle of an external air inducing damper is decided by using fuzzy inference of the damper angle. Thus, present concentration of carbon dioxide is adjusted to the established value. Herein, a fuzzy control algorithm receives difference of carbon dioxide concentrations and variable ratio of the difference to perform fuzzy. An output value is decided by using a rule table for outputting the value through center of gravity.
