PURPOSE: An annual salary calculation system and the method are provided to objectively assess a level of an annual salary of a person by considering his work performance capability based on an online Q&A interview, and use the assessment data in seeking a worker. CONSTITUTION: An annual salary calculation system comprises a server(20), a work seeking client(10), and a worker seeking client(30). The server(20) includes a web server(21), a database server(22), a calculation server(23), a payment server(24) and a mail server(25). The web server(21) transmits informations to the clients(10,30) and receives informations from the clients(10,30) over the internet. The database server(22) storing objective data on the work seekers and the worker seeking companies, question data for assessing the annual salary, points set at each question, and a calculation program for calculating the points on the reponses to the questions. The calculation server(23) sums the weighted points set at the each response based on the information transmitted from the work seeker client(10). The Q&A process can be performed over the internet, an ARS(Automatic Response System), a wired network or a wireless network.
