PURPOSE: Provided is a process for regenerating an iron-palladium solid catalyst by an air-calcinating, the iron-palladium solid catalyst is used in a process for preparing cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone by a selective oxidation of cyclohexane. CONSTITUTION: The process for regenerating the iron-palladium solid catalyst comprises the steps of: recovering the iron-palladium solid catalyst from the process of the selective oxidation of the cyclohexane; precalcinating the used iron-palladium solid catalyst under a hydrogen atmosphere at a temperature of 100 to 150 C; air-calcinating the precalcinated iron-palladium solid catalyst at a temperature of 100 to 150 C.
