PURPOSE: A fish holder nursery structure having a submerging control function and use thereof are provided. The fish holder nursery structure can be installed in depth of 30-40 m safely. CONSTITUTION: A fish holder nursery structure having a submerging control function is characterized by comprising the followings: (i)a frame pipe(2) where air hose(5) is installed and where water port(13) is installed at the bottom; (ii)fishing net(17) whose bottom frame(19) is fixed and which is fixed at the bottom of the frame pipe(2) and which has enough space for growth of fish; (iii)multiple floats(14,15) and ropes which fix fish holder nursery structure and control submerging depth; (iv)an automatic valve for discharging air from the frame pipe(2); (v)air speedometer which opens the automatic valve by measuring air speed; (vi)compressure for injecting air into the inside of the frame pipe.
