PURPOSE: A health drink composition for pregnant woman containing calcium, red beet helping blood production and bowel movement, DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) and taurine with enriched Vitamin D3 and C is provided to improve physical health of the woman and prevent gestosis and complications. CONSTITUTION: The drink composition is produced by the following steps: (i) getting a basic drink solution by adding 0.05wt% of water-soluble calcium, 0.15wt% of taurine, 0.02wt% of Vitamin D3 and C, 4.0wt% of Oligosaccharide, 3.0wt% of liquid fructose, and 0.04wt% of citric acid to refined water; (ii) mixing 10ml of DHA with 3g of -Cyclodextrin and 500ml of refined water and centrifuging the clear mixture; (iii) stirring the basic drink solution, 0.4wt% of red beet juice and 0.3wt% of the clear mixture together with 0.2wt% of a fruit flavor mix and refined water for 30-40min; and then (iv) instant pasteurizing the last mixed solution at 87-95 deg.C and filling up, sealing and freezing.
