The present invention relates to a mining technology and the mining process includes cutting coal bed, shifting support, shifting front and back conveyer and blasting down roof coal. The mining process is the mode of once blasting after once cutting, that is, after each cutting of 1.0-1.4 m, once blasting down of roof coal in 1.0-1.4 m is performed. To the support for blasting down roof coal, there is electrohydraulic program controlling system; and after the working program is input to the main controller, the blasting down of roof coal is performed in the set reasonable mode. The present invention results in high output and recovery rate of multipurpose coal mining.
