摘要

The farm animal meat and fat quality enhancer comprises a 50 per cent dry matter aqueous concentrate based on olive, wine, sawdust and paper making industry by-products. The by-products are very rich in polyphenols and tannic compounds. Drying at below 65 degrees C gives improved quality of meat and also of eggs and milk.
