The invention belongs to the food industry, precisely the bread baking industry. The purpose of the invention is to enhance bread's nutritious features and improve quality and expand the assortment. Bread production according to this method differs from already known methods in that besides the traditional ingredients in the dough mix for bread baking there are additionally added chopped dried fruit, such as apricots, raisins, plums and similar and they make up from 15 percent to 25 percent of the entire dough mass.
