The invented reconstruction process of stoker-fired boiler to fluidized bed boiler is characterized in that a belt grate and supporting structure thereof are replaced by fluidized bed furnace with a fluidized bed tubular grate with nozzles and sand oxidative fluid bed. The fluidized bed furnace is demarcated from sides by lined airtight cooled wall and screw feeders of fuel with continuously adjustable speed of the screw replace fuel feeders. In the space of fuel pouring in fluidized bed supply of secondary combustion air is introduced for cooling the fuel screw feeder, a mixing mechanism, for transportation of fuel dust particles into the fluidized bed and for additional firing of inflammable in combustion chamber, whereby for the sand oxidative fluidized bed quartz sand with granularity within 0.5 to 2 mm is used. The embodiment of the present invention consists in that the fluidized bed grate is connected with a high-pressure fan with continuous control of transporter medium for transportation of combustion and fluidizing air into the fluidized bed. The high-pressure fan is then connected with the mixing mechanism for setting ratio of the sucked-in air into the fluidized bed and purified recycled gases being sucked in from flue duct, whereby at the boiler outlet the smoke fans are replaced by exhaust fans with continuously adjustable and controllable flow of chimney gases in order to generate a controlled vacuum inside the boiler. Above the fluidized bed furnace in the combustion chamber space there is installed a vault for separating the space with sufficient temperature for additional burning of inflammable from the combustion chamber remaining space for extension of path of the burning inflammable and its supply in places of sufficient amount of oxygen.
