"POLYMERIC EMULSION OF WATER IN OIL, PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, POLYMERIC MIXTURE, PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, PROCESSES FOR DEHYDRATING A DISPERSION OF SUSPENDED SOLIDS AND A SEDIMENT FOR FLOCULATION BY USING FLOATING. The invention provides mixtures of high molecular weight, polymers of water-soluble cationic structures with high molecular weight, cationic polymers, water-soluble, which are linear or have a lower degree of structure. The blends are useful for dehydration dispersions of suspended solids that achieve good dehydration rates at relatively low dosage levels.
