PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a common case optimizing circuit capable of realizing high speed performance by small power consumption. SOLUTION: In the low power consumption calculation circuit consisting of plural constitutional circuits, plural constitutional circuits consist of a general circuits 8.3 provided with a primary input, a primary output and an internal variable, a common case detection circuit 8.11 and a common case execution circuit 8.12. The circuit 8.11 detects the appearance of a common case on the basis of the 1st sub-set of the primary input and the 1st sub-set of the internal variable and the circuit 8.12 calculates the sub-set of the primary output and the internal variable on the basis of the 2nd sub-set of the primary input and the 2nd sub-set of the internal variable.
