PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject film capable of developing excellent tear properties and gas barrier properties by partially or wholly orientating the molecule of an organic resin-based film in the direction of film thickness. ;SOLUTION: A region in which a molecule is orientated in the direction of film thickness is partially or wholly formed in an organic resin-based film. In order to orientate the molecule of the film in the direction of film thickness in this manner, firstly, a high electric field is continuously applied to the organic resin-based film to cause a fluctuation on the film molecule. Then, in a state in which an electroconductive member of fixed shape is brought into contact with the film surface having caused the fluctuation, a direct current is supplied through the member to the film and a current pass is formed in the direction of the thickness of the film in contact with the electroconductive member to actualize the orientation. A laminated film obtained by laminating a thermally fusible organic resin film to a propylene film, a polyethylene terephthalate film, etc., is preferable as the organic resin film used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
