PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect data in a short period of time, and easily and precisely quantify the flow (tissue blood stream) of an imaging slab by simply applying a simple process for a small operation amount to the collected data. SOLUTION: This MRI device is equipped with image data obtaining means (S4, 5, 12 and 13), and scale value operating means (S1 to 3, 6 to 11), and a flow obtaining means (S14). The image data obtaining means (S4, 5, 12 and 13) perform a scanning based on an ASL method to a photographed region, and obtain the image data of the photographed region based on the ASL method. The scale value operating means (S1 to 3, 6 to 11) operate a scale value. The flow obtaining means (S14) quantitatively obtains the flow by multiplying the image data by the scale value for each picture element. The scanning is performed one time each for a control mode and a tag mode, and the image data is satisfied by one sheet of the ALS image data.
