PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil element for leakage flux flaw detection inspection without requiring winding work in a site, and a leakage flux flaw detection inspecting device. ;SOLUTION: This leakage flux flaw detection inspecting device is composed of an excitation coil 25 for leakage flux flaw detection inspection consisting of a plurality of wiring 21 being provided on a flexible substrate 10 by the printed wiring manufacturing technique, and a leakage flux detection coil 281. In the device, the flexible substrate is wound onto the surface of a bobbin 50 being mounted to piping 90 for forming the excitation coil 25 for leakage flux flaw detection inspection, an excitation current is supplied from an AC oscillator 101 for generating flux in the piping, leakage flux being generated on the surface of the piping 90 by the defect of the piping or the like is detected by a leakage flux detection coil 281, and a phase is detected by a phase detection means 102 for testing defects.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
