PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a query output device or the like suitable for generating a query from retrieval conditions designated by a sentence. ;SOLUTION: A character string input accepting part 202 accepts the input of a character string, a term extracting part 203 extracts a term included in the character string and when the input of the character string is accepted, an input control part 204 applies the character string to the term extracting part 203. Then, a query generating part 205 generates the query including the extracted term and when display conditions are satisfied, a message display part 206 displays a message. When the message is displayed, a correction input accepting part 207 accepts the correction input of the character string and when the correction input is accepted, a correction control part 208 applies the relevant corrected character string to the term extracting part 203.
