PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cleanly remove concrete filled in an inner concave portion of a steel segment and/or concrete in the vicinity of a bolt connection portion, even from a tunnel structure in which the steel segment is present on the outside of secondary lining concrete. ;SOLUTION: A main beam 2 which is held at an almost central axis location of a tunnel, at least at water-granulation for tunnel lining concrete, is provided, and a rotary base 20 is arranged on the main beam 2 in a manner being rotatable or travelable in a tunnel circumferential direction. Further, a first support 20B is arranged on the rotary base 20 so as to be erected therefrom in a tunnel radial direction, and a second support 22 is sequentially arranged at the front end of the first support 20B in a manner being swinging in the tunnel radial direction. Still further, a third support 24 is sequentially arranged at the front end of the second support 22, and a spray rotary head 26 for spraying extra-high pressure water is arranged at the front end of the third support 24.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
