PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient and safe charging processing method in electronic commerce using the Internet.;SOLUTION: An Internet connection service device managing list information on members is connected to the Internet by making an IP address correspond to a member computer, records an IP address allocation situation to the member computer by associating it to member list information. When the IP address which the computer uses at present and charging data are notified to the Internet connection server in accordance with a commodity purchase event from the member computer, the connection service device performs communication with the member computer to which the IP address is allocated at present and recognizes the completion of a commodity purchase event. Information associated with commodity purchase, which includes charging data, is recorded in accordance with list information of the member and a prescribed item included in information associated with the commodity and effect that the completion of the event is recognized are notified to the electronic store server.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
