PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand user requested functionality and the like by taking users' opportunity. SOLUTION: Control server 40 searches agent list by taking agent type transmitted from request terminal 10 as a key, and transmits title of searched agent data base 31 to the agent request terminal 10. The agent request terminal 10 checks whether or not interface of the agent data base 31 is registered in the request interface list. If registered. the terminal 10 acquires the interface from request interface control section 14. If not registered the terminal 10 acquires interface from interface service section 44 in the control server 40. The agent request terminal 10 acquires targeted agents from the agent data base 31 through the acquired interface.
