PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the instability of the condensation of boiler water by executing adequate blow-up notwithstanding the change in the electroconductivity of boiler feed water in a boiler executing the recovery of drain.;SOLUTION: A drain water recovery boiler fed with the boiler feed water which is the water of the mixture of normal feed water and recovered drain is provided with a water feed flow calculating unit 15 detecting the amount of the feed water to a boiler 1, a temperature sensor 5 detecting the temperature of the boiler feed water fed to the boiler 1 and a blow-up ratio calculating unit 14 calculating the blow-up ratio from the temperature of the boiler feed water. The relation between temperature and the electorconductivity of the boiler feed water is set up to the blow-up ratio calculating unit 1, the temperature of the boiler feed water is detected, the blow-up ratio of the boiler 1 is calculated based on the electroconductivity of the boiler feed water obtained from the temperature of the boiler feed water, and the blow-up is controlled based on the blow-up ratio calculated from the feed water flow to the boiler and the temperature of the boiler feed water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
