PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short fiber-mixed non-shrinkage middle-lightweight cement mortar for packing into a bolt box for connection opened in the periphery of segment used as a material when constructing collecting pipes such as subway passage, sewer passage, electric wire and gas pipe which are underground buried pipes, capable of simply carrying out packing operation also to bolt box, especially at a high position such as the vicinity of ceiling, etc., and having a strength of packed part equivalent to that of other segment part and a method for packing into a bolt box by using a short fiber-mixed non- shrinkage middle-lightweight cement mortar. ;SOLUTION: This middle-lightweight cement mortar of the present invention is characterized in that the mortar is short fiber-mixed middle lightweight cement mortar packed into the space of the bolt box and unit volume weight of a composition when packed is 1.4-1.9 and the mortar has a coercive force which is ≥3 times larger than own weight and has a strength equivalent to or larger than that of segment produced by concrete when cured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
