IN this case, in designing the tread pattern arrangement by a computer, first the continuation and number of the respective pattern elements 2 are determined in random, according to the result, the tread pattern arrangement is generated, and the tire circumference of the generated tread pattern arrangement is calculated as a temporary circumference. After that, the temporary circumference is corrected to match the basic circumference.
