PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a journalizing slip updating processing module which accesses and updates a data base and can register the new entry, correction, deletion and transcription even when the customized table data are contained. ;SOLUTION: This journalizing slip updating processing module includes the journalizing slip registration function groups which update the journalizing slip data on a financial accounting program. The journalizing slip registration function groups are prepared in response to each customized state and thereby an application program that selected and used the adaptable function among the function groups is operated to access a data base. Thus, it is possible to minimize the number of journalizing slip input jobs for updating and registering data even when the customized table data are contained. In such a constitution, the journalizing slip input jobs are performed in a short time and the journalizing slip updating processing is carried out at a high speed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
